The research is a feasibility study of a community- based health promotion strategy in a minority population. The proposed research will focus on one geographically defined community with one or more minority populations to assess the feasibility of a community's ability to define and manage its oral health. It is anticipated that one award will be made as a result of this solicitation. Solicitations will be available on or about December 2, 1994, with proposals due on or about February 10, 1995.
