Purpose

This Notice serves to clarify and update information in RFA-RM-12-019 "Development of Systems Approaches for Analyzing the Impact of Genomic Variation on Tissue Transcriptomes (R01)".

For updated information on tissue types and data availability, applicants should refer to the GTEx portal at: http://www.broadinstitute.org/software/gtex

The focus of applications to RFA-RM-12-019 should be on analysis of GTEx project data, possibly in conjunction with other existing datasets.  Generation of additional data or completion of additional laboratory assays is not expected or required for applications to this FOA.
