By Executive Order January 2, 2007 has been declared a national day of mourning for the late President Gerald R. Ford.  Federal agencies, including most components of the National Institutes of Health, will be closed.  Therefore, AIDS applications (both paper and electronic submissions) due that day are now due January 3, 2007.  All other submission procedures and policies apply (http://grants1.nih.gov/grants/dates.htm).  No other due dates are changed.
