This addendum is to inform potential applicants of the following change to 
the original RFA-MH-01-004.  Under the PURPOSE section, the following 
sentence has been added to the last paragraph:

Although not participating in this RFA, the National Institute of Child 
Health and Human Development (NICHD) also maintains an interest in domestic 
and international HIV-related intervention research.  For specifics, see 
http://www.nichd.nih.gov/about/cpr/dbs/dbs.htm.

All other provisions of RFA-MH-01-004 remain unchanged. The complete RFA is
