This Notice is to inform the scientific community that AHRQ is extending the application due date for two Funding Opportunity Announcements (FOA)s, RFA-HS-10-012, ARRA OS Recovery Act 2009 Limited Competition: Comparative Effectiveness Delivery System Evaluation Grants (R01), (see https://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/rfa-files/RFA-HS-10-012.html) and RFA-HS-10-013, ARRA OS Recovery Act 2009 Limited Competition: Comparative Effectiveness Delivery System Demonstration Grants (R18), (see https://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/rfa-files/RFA-HS-10-013.html).  The new application due dates for these FOAs are outlined below.

For RFA-HS-10-012, the new due date is March 31, 2010, and expiration of the FOA will be on April 1, 2010.  Thus, new key dates are:

Opening Date: February 18, 2010 (Earliest date an application may be submitted to Grants.gov)
Letters of Intent Receipt Dates(s):  Not applicable
NOTE: On-time submission requires that applications be successfully submitted to Grants.gov no later than 5:00 p.m. local time (of the applicant institution/organization). 
Application Due Date(s):  March 31, 2010
Peer Review Date(s): Generally three months after receipt date 
Earliest Anticipated Start Date(s): August 31, 2010 
Additional Information To Be Available Date (Activation Date): Not Applicable
Expiration Date: April 1, 2010

For RFA-HS-10-013, the new due date is April 7, 2010, and expiration of the FOA will be on April 8, 2010.  Thus, new key dates are:
