The purpose of this notice is to clarify the submission of application requirements for PA-04-028. Other eligibility requirements for a Phase II competing continuation grant are identical to those for the initial Phase II (R44) applications and can be found at http://grants.nih.gov/grants/funding/sbir.htm and in the PHS 398 http://grants.nih.gov/grants/funding/phs398/phs398.html.
