On August  28, 2008, the National Human Genome Research Institute issued the following FOA:

The purpose of this Notice is to correct the list of required components of the application.  The following two documents are not required for submission: (1) Research & Related Project/Performance Site Locations and (2) PHS 398 Checklist.   All other aspects of the FOA remain unchanged.
