The purpose of this Notice is to extend the R01 Program Announcement "Development of Mathematical Cognition and Reasoning and the Prevention of Math Learning Disabilities (R01)" to Renewal (i.e. type 2) and Revision (i.e. competing supplement) applications. NICHD encourages grantees with existing R01 awards that address the topics of focus of PA-12-248 to use this Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) if submitting a Renewal or Revision application of their existing R01 award.

All other aspects of the FOA remain unchanged.
