Purpose
This Notice is to inform potential applicants that the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) is clarifying and correcting information relating to “Page Limitations” and Outreach/Education Core sections, for RFA-HD-10-026, “Specialized Centers in Research in Pediatric Developmental Pharmacology Program (U54)”.
This notice is intended to provide correction on the following:
Page Limitations, Section IV. Application and Submission Information:
Corrections to Core Descriptions (each Core):
- Core Unit Cover Page 1 page
- Core Project Summary 1 page
New language:
- Core Unit Structure, Administration, and Services 6 pages
It also intends to clarify that the Outreach/Education Core is an optional requirement.
Section IV. 6. Other Submission Requirements and Information
Requirements of the U54 Center Optional components:
Correction to the content of the last bullet: “Outreach/Education Core – (Add details here and cross reference with last review bullet for cores)”, should be omitted and replaced by:
New language:
- An Outreach/Education Core Unit that provides funds to support activities related to community outreach and education.
