CLARIFICATION OF GUIDELINES FOR THE NEI INSTITUTIONAL CLINICAL SCIENTIST DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (K12) RELEASE DATE: July 1, 2003 NOTICE: NOT-EY-03-001 National Eye Institute (NEI) (http://www.nei.nih.gov) The National Eye Institute (NEI) wishes to clarify its guidelines for support of the NEI Institutional Clinical Scientist Development Program (K22) which was originally published in the NIH Guide to Grants and Contracts at https://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/pa-files/PAR-03-068.html : o APPLICATION RECEIPT DATES: This section incorrectly refers to standard receipt dates. There is one annual receipt date, May 10. If the receipt date falls on a weekend, it is extended to the next Monday. o SENDING AN APPLICATION TO THE NIH: Follow these revised guidelines: Submit the signed, typewritten original of the application, including the checklist, and THREE signed photocopies in one package to: Center for Scientific Review National Institutes of Health 6701 Rockledge Drive, Room 1040, MSC 7710 Bethesda, MD 20892-7710 Bethesda, MD 20817 (for express/courier service) At the same time, send TWO signed photocopies in one package to: Samuel C.
