Purpose
The purpose of this notice is to change the receipt date and page limitations for applications submitted in response to PAR-10-030 Limited Competition: NIH Competitive Revision Awards for Creating Virtual Consortium for Transdisciplinary Environmental Research.

The new Application Receipt Date is February 26, 2010. The Expiration Date will be extended to February 27, 2010. The new Letter of Intent Date is January 26, 2010. Applicants who have already submitted letters of intent need not submit another one.

Because of the receipt date change, page limits will also change to comply with new Enhancing Peer Review guidelines. Applications must now include a one page statement of objectives of the ViCTER Program and a one page Organization and Administrative Structure of ViCTER. The overall Research Strategy section is capped at 12 pages total. The content of each section and where it should be attached in the PHS 398 form remains the same.

All other aspects of this announcement remain unchanged.
