Purpose
The purpose of this Notice is to change an eligibility requirement for the Environmental Health Sciences Core Centers (RFA-ES-06-010), which was previously released October 24, 2006.
Under “Section III. Eligibility Information, Part 3. Other – Special Eligibility Criteria”, the funding opportunity announcement (FOA) incorrectly states, “At the time of submission of a new or competing continuation application, any institution or consortium wishing to qualify for the EHS Core Center grant must have a minimum of five active NIEHS-supported research grants from four distinct principal investigators.” The correct statement is “At the time of submission of a new or competing continuation application, any institution or consortium wishing to qualify for the EHS Core Center grant must have a minimum of three active NIEHS-supported research grants from three distinct principal investigators.”
