Purpose

This Notice is to clarify the budget caps on the National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering’s (NIBIB’s) RFA-EB-09-003, NIBIB Quantum Projects: Implementation Phase II (U01). 
The budget stipulations for direct and total costs are clarified as follows: The maximum total costs for any single year for this FOA may not exceed $3,000,000. An applicant may request a project period of up to five years and a budget for total costs of up to $3,000,000 per year. Facilities and administrative costs are included in the total cost limitation.
