The purpose of this Notice is to inform the research community of a change in the eligibility information for PAS-08-019: Anemia of Inflammation and of Chronic Diseases (R01),(https://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/pa-files/PAS-08-019.html).  In addition to the eligible institutions listed in the Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA), institutions with Nonprofit 501(c)(3) IRS Status (Other than Institution of Higher Education), Hispanic-serving Institutions and Tribally Controlled Colleges and Universities will also be permitted to apply. All other aspects of this FOA remain unchanged.
