The purpose of this notice is to provide information on the placement of the description of individual projects in a Center application submitted in response to RFA-DK-07-004.

In Section IV: Application and Submission Information, Subsection 2: Content and Form of Application Submission, the following should be inserted immediately before the listed requirements for Biomedical Research Cores:

Individual Research Projects (present each project separately)
Descriptive Abstract and Key Personnel
Budget with justifications (PHS 398 form 4 (rev. 9/2004))
Biographical sketches
Resources
Research Plan
Vertebrate Animal and or Human Subjects Sections if appropriate
