Letter of Intent Receipt Date:          February 1, 2004
Application Receipt Date:               March 1, 2004
Peer Review Date:                       June/July 2004
Council Review:                         September 2004
Earliest Anticipated Start Date:        September 30, 2004

The correction applies specifically to the Letters of Intent Receipt Date and 
to the Application Receipt Date as follows:

Letter of Intent Receipt Date:          February 18, 2004
Application Receipt Date:               March 18, 2004
Peer Review Date:                       June/July 2004
Council Review:                         September 2004
Earliest Anticipated Start Date:        September 30, 2004

All other aspects of the RFA remain unchanged.
