Effective immediately, the NIDCR will no longer participate in the NIH Small Research Grant Program (Parent R03), program announcement PA-06-180, which was released in the NIH Guide for Grants and Contracts on March 2, 2006 at https://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/pa-files/PA-06-180.html.   This change applies only to NIDCR and does not affect the participation of other NIH Institutes and Centers.
 
The NIDCR will  accept R03 applications as part of the NIDCR Small Grant Program for New Investigators (R03), PAR-07-418.
