IMPROVED STRATEGIES,(RFA DC-03-001), issued by the National 
Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders in the 
NIH Guide on October 28, 2002 
(https://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/rfa-files/RFA-DC-03-001.html), 
has been amended since its original issuance.  Two changes have been made: 
1) This initiative provides awards for up to three years of support, and 
2) Since these are research applications, institutions may request the full 
F & A rate.
