Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to correct the following statement in RFA-DA-15-007 "Avenir Award Program for Research on Substance Abuse and HIV/AIDS (DP2)"which was published on April 4, 2014.

Part 2. Section III.1 Eligible Applicants

Currently reads:
Foreign Institutions
Non-domestic (non-U.S.) Entities (Foreign Institutions) are not eligible to apply.
Non-domestic (non-U.S.) components of U.S. Organizations are not eligible to apply.
Foreign components, as defined in the NIH Grants Policy Statement, are not allowed.

Modified to read:
