Purpose

This purpose of this Notice is to amend the budgetary limits for PAR-13-334.

Current language:

Application budgets for direct costs may be up to $2,000,000 per year, but need to reflect the actual needs of the proposed project.

Revised Language:

Application budgets for direct costs may be up to $3,000,000 per year, but need to reflect the actual needs of the proposed project.

All other aspects of this FOA remain unchanged.
