Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to clarify the page limits for RFA-DA-13-009 "Translational Research on Interventions for Adolescents in the Legal System: TRIALS (U01)".

An error in the funding opportunity announcement (FOA) led to confusion about page limits for applications in response to this FOA and how they should be allocated among sections.

The following page limits apply:

  • For Research Center applicants: The entire Research Strategy section is limited to 30 pages. No more than 12 of those 30 pages should be used to describe the required Research Concept.
  • For Coordinating Center applicants: The entire Research Strategy section is limited to 30 pages. No more than 12 of those 30 pages should be used to describe the Center’s research capacity, which includes the required national survey.

Applicants are advised to download and review the application instructions for this FOA. The Research Strategy section is one element of the PHS 398 Research Plan.
